Lance Lilly has held many positions for over 25 years in the food service industry.  From starting as a Sales Account Coordinator, advancing to a Sales Account Manager, and becoming an Engineering Manager, Lance has experience in every aspect of custom stainless steel fabrication.

Coming to All Southern Fabricators in 2013 as Vice President, Lance Lilly took the year to learn the inner workings of this exceptional company and the people and processes that make it great.

Since becoming President in 2014, Lance’s focus has been expanding the already impressive list of partners, streamlining production to reduce customer lead times, and fabricating the highest-quality custom stainless products. These factors make All Southern Fabricators one of the leaders in the food service industry.
